Guest privacy and data security
Guest privacy and data security are important to Pandox. The Code of Conduct for employees contains guidelines on privacy and information security.
The company actively works to prevent incidents related to data security and the protection of guests' personal data from occurring. This includes conducting data security training locally at each hotel and through the mandatory company-wide digital training.
To ensure the safety of end-consumers/guests, regular first aid and data security training is provided to employees. For cybersecurity, firewalls and password-protected systems are used, among other things, and continuous improvement work is carried out with staff and systems to always maintain the highest level of guest privacy and data security.
Three incidents of phishing attacks were reported in 2023. Relevant measures were implemented and the extent is considered limited.
