The doors are open to Citybox Brussels - a new affordable design hotel in the center of Brussels

Citybox Brussels, a new addition to the hotel scene in central Brussels, is now open. The hotel enjoys a strong location next to the prestigious Avenue Louise in the heart of the city. After an extensive renovation, the hotel reopened in summer 2024 with 246 modern rooms.

In 2022, Pandox acquired the property formerly known as NH Brussels Louise, and subsequently entered into a collaboration with the Norwegian hotel operator Citybox on a 25-year revenue-based lease with an option to extend for a further 10 years.

An extensive renovation and repositioning started in spring 2023 and covered all parts of the hotel, including rooms, bathrooms, public areas, technology, facade and roof.

This is the first collaboration between Pandox and Citybox, and is Citybox's first hotel in Brussels. The design of the hotel fits perfectly into the Citybox economic lifestyle concept and addresses a different demand segment compared to Pandox's other hotels in Brussels.

This project exemplifies Pandox's strategy of revitalizing underperforming properties and repositioning them to attract new types of demand.
