Pandox acquires a hotel property in Kiruna, Sweden

Newly built Elite Hotel Frost with 154 rooms in central Kiruna, Sweden. Elite Hotels is the tenant under a 15-year revenue-based lease agreement with minimum guarantee. Total acquisition price amounts to approximately MSEK 347

Annual Report 2024

2024 has been a very active and successful year for Pandox. Supported by a growing hotel market, we’ve maintained a high pace in terms of both acquisitions and value-creating investments in our existing portfolio.

Hotel Market Day 2024

Pandox held its annual Hotel Market Day on 19 November 2024 at the Hilton Stockholm Slussen. The theme was ‘A New Dawn - Hotels in a Changing World’

Two business segments working together

Pandox has two business segments, partly Leases where Pandox owns and leases hotel properties, and Own Operations where Pandox also runs hotel operations.

Pandox's most important contribution to more sustainable development lies in the creation of profitable green properties and green agreements with hotel operators. The aim is to create resource-efficient properties and operations that reduce Pandox's climate footprint while the company grows.
