Pandox’s hotel property portfolio comprises 120 hotels with 26,240 hotel rooms in eight countries. Pandox’s business is organised into Property management, which includes 98 hotel properties leased on a long-term basis to market leading regional hotel operators and leading international hotel operators, and Operator activities, which includes hotel operations executed by Pandox in its 22 owner-occupied hotel properties.

Revenue-based leases with guaranteed rent

Approximately 95 percent of Pandox's rental income is revenue based, meaning that we share the upside with our tenants on improving hotel market conditions, and more importantly, the upside from creating a better hotel product. In order to limit the potential risks, these agreements generally specify a minimum guaranteed rent.
